As Global Head of Leadership at UBS, his work helped the bank win Best Company for Leaders in Europe 2005 and boosted performance and profits — now studied as a Harvard Business School case. Named one of HR’s Most Influential Thinkers 10 times, Chris is a regular commentator in the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, CNN, Bloomberg and the BBC.
