Suzi joined Matrix in April 2024 and brings a strategic, customer-centred perspective shaped by an extensive background in resourcing operations, client services and workforce transformation. Her career includes senior leadership roles at global organisations, most recently as VP of Solutions and Alliance Partners at the Adecco Group.

As Managing Director of Matrix Workforce and Matrix Milestone, Suzi leads the strategy, performance and evolution of two of Matrix’s core solution lines. She works closely with clients to understand their long-term workforce ambitions and ensures Matrix’s services, technology and delivery models continue to meet the shifting needs of both public and private sector organisations.

Known for her high EQ, clarity of thought and strong operational leadership, Suzi excels at building empowered teams and fostering a culture of service excellence. Her focus on market insight, customer value and product innovation is strengthening Matrix’s ability to help organisations manage complexity, reduce risk and achieve meaningful workforce outcomes.
