Jabbar Sardar is director of HR for BBC Content & BBC Studios. Having joined in January 2016, he oversees all HR activity for both commissioning and production and reports to BBC group HR director Valerie Hughes D’Aeth, For the past three years Jabbar has been nominated one of the most influential HR directors in the UK by HR magazine.
Prior to joining the BBC, Jabbar was director of HR & OD at Cafcass between 2006 to 2015. Before Cafcass Jabbar was a senior HR professional within a number of large public sector organisations.
