Hospitality focused people and learning professional with a background in start/scale ups and SMEs.
My work focuses on human-centric talent and HR initiatives that enable business to grow and scale with a strong internal culture, values and purpose. I currently head up the People function for Brewhouse & Kitchen which was recognised as no. 19 Fast Track 100 in 2018 and has been credited as a people leader within hospitality. I have an interest in the apprenticeship sector and was fundamental in the development and delivery of the new level 4 brewer apprenticeship standard. In 2019 I co-founded Beers and Peers, which gathers hospitality HR professionals together to collaborate on industry wide projects and issues.
