Denise Kirwan and Robyn Tingley help organisations improve engagement levels, inclusion & diversity, leader development and strategic change management

 Denise Kirwan is an organisation development consultant and executive coach with broad-based experience across multiple industry segments. She has developed and implemented organisation strategies to support executive team’s and their organisations -- ranging from startups to Fortune 10 global leaders. Her business focuses on strategic planning, integrated strategic change, organisation design, new business integration, leader development and succession.
 
In addition to consulting and coaching, Denise has held executive roles with organisations such as Paramount Pictures, Universal Studios Hollywood, St Joseph Health System, Baskin-Robbins International and Marriott Corporation, where she has designed and implemented organisation systems that have directly impacted the achievement of measurable organisation results.
 
Denise is a graduate of Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business with a Master’s degree in Organisation Development and is an ICF (International Coach Federation) Executive Coach and Mayo-Clinic Trained Wellness Coach.  She currently serves as Adjunct Faculty in Pepperdine University’s MBA program and is a Board Member of the California Diversity Council.
 

Robyn Tingley is a speaker, trainer and author who presents to audiences worldwide about diversity and leadership. She has lived and worked around the world as a corporate HR and communications executive for a Fortune 100 company with responsibilities spanning four continents. She uses her first-hand experience to help companies develop and implement diversity initiatives, and specialises in programs for women and Millennials – two groups that, together, account for more than half of today’s workforce and growing.

While building a global corporate career, Robyn launched three social enterprises before the age of 40, including GlassSKY Inc., which invests in research, media, micro loans and social programs for women and next-generation leaders.

Her new book, 10 Essentials for the Motivated Millennial, and her career advice have received praise from global senior executives and are featured in Dow Jones, Oxford Business News, Fast Company, CBS, Monster.com, The Future of Everything and more.
 
She is the vice-chair of the Board of Governors of the University of New Brunswick, and a founding member of Women for 50%, an initiative focused on greater female representation in politics.

Robyn was named in the Women Worth Watching list of top female executive trailblazers in Europe and North America, and was selected as one of the 20 Most Powerful & Influential Women in California. In November 2017, she was named by WXN as one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women for her work in supporting women in the workforce.

She is an award-winning communications strategist, a GPHR, SCP in HR, and a practitioner with the Canadian Centre for Diversity & Inclusion. She holds a degree in psychology from St. Francis Xavier University and a degree in journalism from the University of King’s College. She has studied executive education at McGill, Paul Merage School of Business at University of California Irvine, as well Oxford University’s Said Business School where she was selected as one of 30 women worldwide to pilot their Inaugural Women Transforming Leadership Program.
