Chris Litherland has held several senior international HR roles with major companies including SAS, Fujitsu and Intermec by Honeywell. He is an organisation effectiveness consultant,executive coach and business advisor.

Focused on the strategic challenges in organisation productivity & performance, leadership development & assessment, culture & value-chain, talent management, employee engagement (EX/CX) & recognition, executive coaching, business mentoring, future of work and a culture change evangelist

Litherland is a chartered fellow of the CIPD, SHRM-SCP certified, a former member of SHRM’s Global Advisory Board and a founding member of their Leadership Board in Austria & Germany. He is also a member of the Workforce Intelligence Board, an advisory board member with Career Opportunities International, and leadership advisor to iCOM4 Pty Ltd.

He was the 2018 chair of the HR Judging Committee for the International Business Awards and 2019 chair for the Human Resources Awards Judging categories (HR Team and Individual) for Stevie® Awards for Great Employers (SAGE).

Chris regularly speaks at global conferences, on webinars and at in-company events. Topics have included The future of capitalism, employer branding & employee engagement, corporate social responsibility & EVP, culture value chain - the road to higher performance, cyber security – insider threat, and the future of work (global considerations to empower and enable employees).

A keen supporter of charitable causes and organizations including Save the Children, UNICEF, and the International Red Cross (German Red Cross), Chris is originally from the UK and for the past 20 years has been based out of Germany.
