Business Culture Awards Finalists 2019: the full list
The Business Culture Awards has announced the shortlist for 2019, with organisations representing all sectors and sizes being recognised.
The awards, fast becoming the Oscars of organisational culture, were created to give forward-thinking organisations a way to celebrate work which sets up their employees to succeed. The judging panel, comprising top HR and business leaders, sifted through hundreds of entries to pick the best in 21 categories.
Tim Pointer, chair of judges, said: “I am delighted that, once again, the Business Culture Awards are shining a light on organisations and teams who have worked tirelessly to build an outstanding culture and employee experience. With the UK's economy in decline for the first time since 2012; Brexit uncertainty dominating our headlines as never before; and our high streets the contemporary face of business volatility and uncertainty, the need to create resilient, attractive and purposeful business culture is paramount. What sets organisations apart is not solely the quality of their products and services, but the strength and alignment of their business culture.
"Our finalists have presented strong evidence on how they are strengthening their businesses, whether by creating more inclusive environments; supporting people in their physical and mental wellbeing; listening to, and acting on, the enabling voice of their employees; and much, much more. We very much look forward to giving all of these organisations the recognition they deserve; firstly, as a finalist and potentially as one of our award winners on 14 November.”
